We are all thankful for this little guy. Chase!

Sweetest family ever.  Deana, David and Chase.

Chase stood up during the national anthem.  Brought chills.

Represents a perfect Thanksgiving Day
We could not have asked for a more beautiful day to have our now traditional Thanksgiving celebration at the home of Deana, David, and Chase.  I included everyone in the pictures except the four schnauzers (Alex included) and a Jack Russell.  So, I went to Deana's Facebook page and found the picture she recently took.
They were our entertainment and snugglers during the game.  The only downside of this day was that John was not able to be at home this year. And we can't leave out Cindy and Robert, Jessica and Mike, DJ, Dorothy and Mal....all those we love.
David and Deana went all out with their cooking.  We had all of the traditional meats and sides.  My contribution was the expected pecan pie and a lemon meringue pie.  The smoked turkey literally melted in your mouth.  Deana's sweet potatoes and corn casserole were my favs.  Oh, and Lindsay made a fabulous macaroni and cheese casserole that was so, so good.  I can't leave out Deana's pumpkin bars!  However, the best part of the day was not the food.  The best part was having family altogether  AND that the Cowboys beat the Redskins.  It was a wonderful day and this writer feels so extremely thankful.
